With defect related data base accumulated during inspection process, this system is automatically operated in high speed and inspects very accurately.

Main features of this products.There are specific driving patterns for LCD. Therefore this system displays a pre-determined screen patterns and get relevant image with camera.
Powerful Image Processing Algorithm of Shonics determines whether this image has defect or not. For displaying patterns, this system is operated with Auto Probe and Pattern Generator |

| * This LCD Inspection System is available with two models, Stand Alone type and In-Line type. Compared to manual inspection, this system has many advantages such as higher level inspection and shorter tact time.
