OLED Auto Defect Inspection System

is developed to detect all sort of defect which could be inherent in LCD, PDP, and OLED (especially, Low-Contrast Dot, Line, and kinds of Mura Defect).
To make it possible, we construct the system with "high-resolution area sensor or TDI cameras & Microscope", our own "Inspection algorithm", and our own "KNOW-HOW" which we have accumulated enough from various production lines.
